You’ll be able to discover this Grand Site of France, an icon of the Pas-de-Calais department with its 23 km of coastline.

Located in the North of France, the Opal Coast, bordered by the North Sea and the English Channel, stretches from Dunkirk to Berck-sur-Mer by way of Calais, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Le Touquet. This coast owes its name (Côte d’Opale in French) to the magical opal colour that the sea takes on at sunset.
